Steps

Boil milk and make paneer with lemon.

Wash the paneer with cold water to remove the sourness in it.

Strain and dry the paneer.

Make pulp of mangoes and strain it for puree

Now in a heavvy bottom pan add paneer and mango puree and in low flame boil itafter

After some time add condensed milk...and stir continuous in medium low flame

When all the things about to dry..come together and left the vessel then it is ready for kalakand

Place it in a greased tray in square shape in 1 inch thickness

Garnish it with almond and pistachios and keep in freeze to completely cool

After cooling cut in square pieces and enjoy super decious aam kalakand in diwali
