Besan burfi is an indian sweet which is very popular in north india & especially eat in winters.
Steps

Knead a tight dough out of besan, water & ghee(30gm).

Make balls out of it(dough).
- 3
Take remaining ghee in a pan & heat it than fry these besan balls in this medium hot ghee until golden brown.

Broke these balls with hands when these are cold or not enough hot & blend out powder out of it.

Keep aside this besan churma.

Make sugar syrup with sugar & 50ml of water until string like consistency.

Mix besan churma in sugar syrup with remaining ghee & add cardamom powder to it & adding nuts is optional.

Set in a tray for 4 to 5 hours & cut into square pieces out of it & your besan burfi is ready.
