Boil the eggs n set aside

Grate the carrots, cut the onions,green bell pepper in small piece's,press the garlic or crush.

Heat oil in a skillet n put the onions once they are tender put the garlic n stir till they start to slightly brown.

Add the garam masala n tomato paste let them cook for 1 min

Add the carrots n green pepper,salt n chillie n mix well for 1 min

Add the tomato puree n stir continually for a minute

Add a bit of water n cover for 3 mins

Remov the egg shells n cut into halves

Place the eggs in the stew n cover in medium low heat for the eggs to absorb the flavor's.

Garnish with coriander leave's n serve with your preferred accompaniment.
