1maggi
Salt, curry and oil
Tomato, attaruhu and onion

Peel yam and cut to desired shape.

Spice the yam with maggi and salt

Fry in a deep oil..

For the sauce..

Fry ur oil n onion. Add ur tomato Nd attaruhu

Add ur spices and allow to fry.

Lastly add ur whisked egg leave for 2 mins..

Den turn ur sauce Nd enjoy with ur fried yam.
