Sesame seeds pumpkin seeds and jaggery laddu

Roast sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds on medium flame in a kadai/pan on the gas.And take it out in a plate.

Now put one cup of water in a pan and put jaggery in it and cook it on medium flame.

Now take water in a bowl.take a little bit cooked jaggery with a spoon from kadai and put it in the water.If the jaggery does not dissolve in the water and sit down in the bowl, then understand that the jaggery is ready for making laddu.

Switch off the gas and put the roasted sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds in cooked jaggery.stir with spoon.When it little cools down, make your laddus with hands.
