Ingredients

  1. 1|2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1|2 cup ghee
  3. 1|2 cup sugar
  4. 2 tsp Milk
  5. 2 tbspSaunf
  6. Some grated coconut
  7. 1 tsp black pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar and milk and whisk it untill sugar gets dissloves. do not dissolve it full.

  2. 2

    Take a utensil add flour, ghee and mix it well then saun,f grated coconut and black pepper and some dissolved sugar.

  3. 3

    Again add sugar and mix well, Sugar should be added in batches and prepare a dough like of puri. If needed add milk.

  4. 4

    Now make peda shape from the dough and place it in thekua mould and deep fry it in ghee in a very slow flame untill it turns golden brown in colour, and serve when cool.

  5. 5

    If thekua scatter while frying then add milk add make a soft dough, or if u have added more ghee then also it will scatter. So be careful with the measurements..
    If you are not having thekua mould then also you can only make peda shape and deep fry them.
