In a frying pan, add olive oil, Allow to heat up a little, add your diced chicken breast, fry for sometime add your diced carrot, cabbage, pepper fry and then add your salt and seasoning to taste.

In a bowl break in your eggs and stir, then pour into the mixture on the frying pan and then stir at interval and in a few minutes your rood is ready.
