Soak chana dal for 2 hours

Drain the water from it

Then boil 2 cup of water and add soaked chana dal in it and boil till soft (for 15 min.)

Then drain the access water now in a pan add

In a mixing bowl add maida,salt,carrom seeds,oil and add required water and make semi tight daugh and rest it for 10 min.In a pan add 3 tablespoon oil add asafetida and chopped onions cook for 5 min.Then add green chilli paste,boiled chanadal,salt,chat masala,and mix well

Then heat the 3 tablespoon oil in pan,add asafotida,chopped onions and cook for 5 min.Then add boiled chana dal,green chilli paste,salt,chat masala,mix well

Then add chopped coriander,chopped mint leaves and mix well,let it cool

Now take small dough and roll of like roti,put stuffing in between and give cut both sides in slanting line now cover from both sides one by one strips

Now cover the stuffing by one by one strips from both sides

Now heat the oil in pan and deep fry all veg fishes till crispy and golden then

Then serve it in serving dish
