Ingredients

1 2/3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 200 grams)
1egg
1 pinchsalt
1 splashoil
2 ozcooked Swiss chard (about 60 grams)

Steps

Gather all the ingredients.

Blend the cooked Swiss chard until smooth.
3

Get everything ready to knead the dough.
4

Add the flour, egg, Swiss chard, salt, and a splash of oil to a bowl.

Knead the dough well.
6

Roll out the dough with a pasta machine, dusting with flour as needed.
7

Enjoy your fantastic homemade pasta.
