Ingredients

1/2 cupall purpose flour
1/2 cupsemolina
4 tspoil
To tastesalt
2-3boil mashed potatoes for serve
As neededred and green chutney
As neededpani puri pani
1 tspChat masala
4 tspunsalted boondi

Steps

Mashed potatoes, add 1 tsp green chutney, unsalted boondi, chat masala and salt to taste keep aside.

Mix semolina and all-purpose flour, add sakta and oil and knead tight dough, keep it for rest for 20 minutes.

Now roll big puri and and cut small size of puri with round cutter or with any small lid of bottels.

Deep fry all puri in medium hot oil.

Serve with mashed potatoes, geen chutney, red chutney or pani puri pani.
