Ingredients

  • 1 kgkacha mango cut into small pic
  • 100 gmsalt
  • 2 teaspoonhaldi powder
  • 6 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoonmustard powder
  • 5 teaspoonmethi powder
  • 5 teaspoonsauf
  • 4 tea spoonkalijeeri
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 250 gmmustard oil

    Wash the mango.put in basket add 1teaspoon haldi 1teaspoon salt mix and 2/3hours in sun and dry it than one cloth add mango 2/3day dry to sun.one big pan add oil hot and little cool add all ingredients mix in mango.air tight container make mango 2/3day sun dry.1/2year use the pickle
