1/2 cupCoconut fresh grated
1/8 tspcardamon
1 tspGhee
1 tbspKhoya or dry milk (optional)

Heat ghee in a pan add coconut and fry 2-3minutes

Add sugar and 1-2drop of water.
when sugar dissolve and water dry add bread crumbs and cardamom powder to it

When the mixture altogether grease thali and set the burfi.sprinkle watermelon seeds almond on it
When cool cut into desired shape"
