  • 12Fresh tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 cubeKnorr
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the plantain for 10minutes.dish and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper boil for 25-35minutes.fry in vegetable oil with onion add aalt and knorr cubes.stir and fry more till is tasty.
