Meat can be sometimes boring.,but their different ways you can make and cook meat not to make it boring instead yearn for it every time.

Wash and drain the goat meat.

Boil the goat in a sufuria with water and salt for almost 11/2hrs until the meat is soft.

The boiling water will dry, add cooking oil to the meat and fry it for about 6 mins.

Add onions and capsicum(hoho)and fry them together till they have a pleasant colour.

Add black pepper, cinnamon, ginger and salt and stir for one minute.

Then squeeze your Lemmon to your arosto.

Serve your arosto.

Arosto can be served with ugali, chips, chapati, mukimo or rice.

Enjoy your chips or food preference with a little ketchup.
