Ingredients

1 Serving
  • Irish potatoes
  • Veg oil
  • Salt
  • 4 leavesLettuce
  • 3Tomatoes 🍅
  • Small piece of Cabbage
  • Small piece Cucumber
  • Little Onions
  • Mayonnaise
  • Goat meat 🍖 stew
  • Mint tea

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes, and cut, wash and add salt

  2. 2

    Bring veg oil to hot and add the potatoes, fry into it becomes crispy and remove from oil.

  3. 3

    Cut lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, onions and tomatoes to make salad

  4. 4

    Serve with goat meat stew.. And a cup of mint tea.. 🍵
