As a rookie in baking, every successful cake I bake is an achievement.this cake I did for my birthday and am happy with the outcome. Can't really say the measurements precisely since I weigh na "macho"bt hey, it's eatable n sweet.

In a blender, mix sugar, blueband and milk together then blend till fine.

Pour your mixture in a bowl and whisk abit.

Add flour bit by bit as u mix together preferably using a whisk till u get a smooth consistency.

Add essence and continue whisking.

Line a sufuria that has a flat surface with blueband evenly. Sprinkle some flour (I don't know why but I just find myself doing so)

Preheat oven or jiko for at least 5 min. When satisfied that the temperature is ok,pour the mixture in the sufuria and put it in your oven/jiko to cook.

It is ready when a knife put inside comes out very clean.remove from your oven/jiko and let it cool then overturn your sufuria and place your cake on a plate.

Eat as desired or decorate.
