  2. 150 gSoyabean
  3. 8-10Cashew Nuts
  4. 2Badi Elaichi
  5. 2Bay Leaves
  6. 1 StickCinnamon
  7. 1/2 tbspSalt
  8. 6Cloves
  9. 3 Medium-Sized Onion
  10. 2 Medium-Sized Tomato
  11. 1 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  12. 1 tbspCumin Powder
  13. 1 tbspBiryani Masala
  14. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  15. 1 tspGreen Chilli Paste
  16. 50 mLOil
  17. 1 tbspCurd
  18. 2 tbspGhee
  19. 1 tspKewra Jal

    Soak The Soyabeans In Warm Water With Salt For 5 Min. Take The Soyabeans Out In A Medium Size Bowl And Marinate With Curd, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chopped Onions And Tomatoes, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Chilli Paste For 5 Min.

    Then Boil The Rice Upto 90% And Strain The Water.

    After That Heat The Kadhai In Medium Flame And Pour Oil. In The Hot Oil Add Cinnamon Stick, Bay Leaves, Badi Elaichi, Cloves, Cashew Nuts And Soyabeans. After 5 Minutes Add Cumin Powder. Again Cook It For 5 Min.

    Then Add 2 Tbsp Water And Cook For Another 1 Min. After That Add The Boiled Rice.

    Add Biryani Masala. Mix It Properly. Then Add Ghee And Again Mix It Properly. Cook The Rice In Low Flame After Covering The Kadhai With Lid. Switch Off The Flame And After A Minute Add Kewra Water. At Last Transfer It In A Plate And Serve With Raita.
