Ingredients

10minutes
  • 3 cupsprecooked githeri
  • 1/4 kgpeeled potatoes sliced
  • 2medium size tomatoes chopped
  • 1big size onion chopped
  • 20 mlcooking oil
  • 1 bunchchopped kales
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

10minutes
  1. 1

    Add the cooking oil in a saucepan, add onion

  2. 2

    When the onion turns into golden brown add the potatoes, tomatoes and kales, cook for 4 minutes

  3. 3

    Add githeri and cover with a lid..season with salt..stir

  4. 4

    Cook for 5minutes

  5. 5

    Serve while hot
