Steps

Wash and rinse carrots and beetroot. Grate both.

Dry roast oats until light brown.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Divide into equal portions of dough.

Take one portion. Give shape of kebab. Make all kebabs in a same manner.

Heat a non stick pan. Drizzle some oil. Shallow fry these kebabs.Turn it's sides. Fry them until golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
