Ingredients

  1. For The Rice
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Red bell pepper
  4. Tomapep
  5. Red onions
  6. G/Oil
  7. Fish broth
  8. Seasonings (knorr,star n ajino)
  9. Spices(thyme, curry,ginger n garlic)
  10. Dried fish sauce
  11. Scotch bonnet
  12. Sliced onions
  13. cubeKnorr
  14. G/Oil little
  15. For the coleslaw
  16. Cocumber
  17. Carrots grated
  18. Eggs (edge cut)
  19. Mayonnaise
  20. Sugar n salt t taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the grinded scotch bonnet,red bell,onins,garlic,ginger, add hot water to boil n add the rice seasonings n spices,add the fish broth and allow to cook until soft n tender. Keep warm/hot.

    Cut all ingredients for the coleslaw, add the salt,sugar,mayonnaise n mix well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

    Garnish with sliced cocumber n spinach.
