Now pat a little water on the top side of Naan and place the water side naan on the tawa naan will stick on tawa Now pick the tawa on hands and place the top side of naan on low flame.And keep on rotating the tawa and cook the naan from all sides until golden brown.

Once golden brown cooked spread the butter with kalonji and chopped coriander.Which just enhances the look of naan and makes it more attractive...
