Watermelon and Kiwi popsicles are a very perfect, healthy and delicious treat especially during Summer. Making at home is an easy, fun and healthy way to enjoy such delectable and refreshing cool.

Watermelon Popsicle: Cut up the watermelon into large chunks.

Put the watermelon chunks into a blender. Add sugar and a pinch of salt and blend until you have a very smooth puree.

Put the puree through a strainer to remove any pulp and seeds. Add lemon and ginger juice to the strained puree.

Pour the watermelon puree into the popsicle molds and freeze for 7-8 hours or until solid.

Kiwi Popsicle: Slice the kiwi into half and spoon out the flesh.

Put it into a blender. Add sugar, little amount of water, mint leaves and a pinch of salt. Blend it for a while to get a mixture of running consistency.

Strain the mixture through a strainer to remove seeds. Add lemon and ginger juice to the strained mixture.

Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. Freeze for 7-8 hours until solid.

Now serve both the popsicles chilled.
