Roast baigan at direct flame

Peel the burn skin and cool down

In kadai heat oil add onion. Saute it add tomato and cook till soft and add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala saute for 3 mins.

Add roasted baigan mix well and cook for 5 mins.

Serve hot with Chapati.
