Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 2gourd /turai
  • 2Potatoes
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add gourd slices saute well till moisture dries up

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Cover it till it is soft

  5. 5

    Add poppy seeds paste and mix well adding sugar

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice
