Ingredients

  • 1ripe whole avocado
  • 1medium sized pawpaw
  • 3ripe bananas
  • 2 tbspyoghurt/whipping cream
  • Red berries

Steps

    Wash your fruits well and dry

  2. 2

    Peel and remove seeds from the fruits.

  3. 3

    Cut each fruit into desirable pieces.

  4. 4

    Spread some yoghurt on top.

  5. 5

    Serve on an empty stomach or on a sunny afternoon... Refreshing!!!
