Wash the omena with very hot water to remove the bitterness
2

The heat oil till gmhot then drain the water from omena
3

Add omena on the cooking oil then fry till golden brown and crunchy
4

Add the onions then tomatoes to become soft
5

Add salt then fry for a while the remove
6

Cool
