Take a pan and heat oil than add cumin seeds ginger paste and saute than add onion, capsicum, cabbage and saute than add soya sauce, and tomato sauce, salt, chilli sauce, and black pepper than add pasta and mix well and make for 5 minutes. pasta is ready. serve it hot with soup.
