Ingredients

1 kgoxail
5 cpearl basmat rice
3onions
Pilau masala
Salt
Coriander
Capsicum
10 cwater
Ginger& garlic paste
5potatoes, peeled & halved

Steps

Boil the oxtail,set aside

Fry onions until golden brown,add capsicum cubes & coriander

Add ginger& garlic paste & mix

Add pilau masala,mix. Add in potatoes & mix.

Add in water & salt let it boil

Wash rice add into the mixture let it cook until all the water has simmered up.

Serve & enjoy!!!!
