Steps

Cut bhindi and remove seeds. make thin slice

Add salt,chilli powder and dhaniya powder mix well. you can also add jeera powder or chat masala or garam masala according to your taste.

Add rice flour mix well and add besan mix well. keep it for 10 min to get more crisper bendi can skip step.

If you feel more wet in bendi add some more rice flour and deep fry in oil.

Serve as evening snacks for kids
