Wash and peel the papaya. Cut into small dices.

Boil the papaya, half cooked

Now make chasni, when sugar melts, add the pieces of papaya.

When done, divide in 3 portions. Add in one green colour, in the second one orange colour and third one yellow colour.

Keep it for 12hrs. After 12 hrs, remove in a tissue paper to remove extra water. Now mix all together. And keep it in a bottle and keep it inside the fridge. Can use it in making cake or ice cream.
