This is the Yoruba girl side of me, Yoruba has different types of vegetables with different unique tastes, but since in Abuja here what is common is gure(waterleaf) and ugwu(pumpkin) leafs, I have to use this.

Steps

Boil your meats and stockfish, set aside
- 2
Grate your Pepper and onions, and chop some onions separately
- 3
Put a clean pot on source of heat, and pour like 2cooking spoon of red oil and heat it up, when it is hot, add your chopped onions and locust beans. Keep trying at interval until the onion is translucent and the locust beans is fried.

Add your grated pepper and onion, fry till the water dry up
- 5
Add your meat, stockfish, crayfish, dry fish, seasoning cubes and salt and stir

Add the vegetables, starting with waterleaf, then pumpkin and stir very well

Allow to simmer for few minutes and take the pot off the heat source
