It's my every day recipe, and my mum and siblings love it too so I decided to share with the world

I love instant noodles, but I know I shouldn't eat it that often. For a quick fix, I cook my own version of it.

I love Delia Smith's recipes. This recipe is based on one of her recipes (from her Vegetarian Collection) that I cooked so many times I learned it by heart. It was my husband's favourite meal, but it had loads of ingredients. Now I have less time to make it, I decided to strip it back. It still tastes good, maybe not as complex as Delia's, but a pretty good copy. *Lime pickle is an Indian condiment, which should be available to buy from Asian grocers.

It is a simple meal that I eat constantly. It fulls soooo much because it is full of nutrient. Also it is delicious! I do not measure really the veggies but I am going to put an approximated amount

I forgot to buy demi-glace sauce, so I was trying to make something similar, then this was delicious too ! Since then it became a dish that I often make.If you simmer to reduce the sauce too much, it will burn, so be careful. Recipe by Masachanman

Nothing to really tell....I do my best to eat healthy but when I do,I eat some weird concoctions.

I do not take much carbs, so 1 chicken breast will be my meal. So adjust the meat accordingly if there’s rice.

Ever time I make chiffon cakes, I have 3 egg yolks left over. I got tired of eating caramel custard, so I wanted make baked desserts.The batter doesn't expand a lot, so do not put too much into each mould. My family loves them so much, they disappear in an instant. For 10 x 6 cm [3.9 x 2.4 in] madeleine moulds. Recipe by Asamato
