Sort and pick the vegetables.Wash the veges and cut them roughly

Place the veges in a pot with a little water and put.on the fire for about 5 minutes.Meanwhile dice the three red onions

After 5minutes,drain the water from the veges by using a colander or by gently squeezing.

Place a clean pot on the fire and add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil,when the oil is hot add the diced onions and saute' for 5 minutes, then add the veges in small batches,while tossing and stirring.

As the vegetable is saute'ing,add 2tablespoons of margarine and stir

Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt and stir...let it cook for 10 minutes.

Milk or.cream is optional
