Put the maize flour in your dip pan and stir well to let it clot while you add butter

Boil the kales with 1 cup of water for only 15 minutes and add olive oil and salt to taste

Fry the fish, remove while brown color and squeeze lime on it
- 4
Blend carrots, tomato, garlic and pepper to make the chatni as a side. Serve with any desired juice. Enjoy !!!

You can add some french fries, or a simple salad to change your taste from the same Ugali recipe. The picture on the right I cooked Lady's finger curry
