Ingredients

  • 800 gmschicken
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspfreshly roasted and grinded garam masala
  • 1 tsporange colour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1beaten egg
  • For fryingOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean chicken keep aside to drain excess water.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients to the chicken.

  3. 3

    Cook on medium high flame.

  4. 4

    Cook till chicken gets tender.. Make sure all water gets dry off.

  5. 5

    Add egg cook only for a while.

  6. 6

    Deep fry chicken on high flame.

  7. 7

    Serve with Yoghurt mint dip.
