Wash all three lentils,add salt and turmeric powder and pressure cook for 4 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan,add mustard,cumin seed,ginger,garlic,dried red chillies,green chillies,curry leaves and asafoetida. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, garam masala and tomato.Cook until tomato get soft.

Add boiled lentils and cook for a boil,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
