Ingredients

20 minutes

2 servings

2 medium sizepotatoes
1 tbspcorn flour
to tasteSalt, red chilli powder
as neededOil for frying
1/2 tspChat masala

20 minutes

Peel and cut potatoes in thick wedges.

Boil in water for 10 minutes or cooked 70 %.

Drain it and add 1 tsp oil and rub.

Add corn flour and all masalas. Mix thoroughly.

Fry in hot oil.

Sprinkle chat masala and red chilli powder.

Serve it with mayo and ketchup. Happy Eating.
