Clean tur dana.

Crush it in chilli cutter.

Make coarse paste of chilli coriander.

In a pan add oil. Add asafoetida. Add crushed tur Dana. Roast it for a while.

Add sesame seeds and coconut powder. Add all masalas. Add sugar and lemon juice. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Once cool make equal size balls out of it.

Take 3/4 cup maida and 1/4 cup wheat flour. Add 1 tbsp oil and water. Knead it and make dough. Rest it for 15 minutes. Make equal size ball of it. Roll small size roti.

Fill it with stuffing.

Make all kachoris.

Fry it on medium flame in hot oil.

Ready to serve. Enjoy this tempting farsan with green chutney.
