Firstly chop sarso saag and spinach.

Wash it two or three times very well.

Now put in pressure cooker and mix 1 tbsp salt and boil it till one whistle.

Now put in the grinder and crush it or beat with wooden stick.

Now take a fry pan put ghee and saute garlic and ginger paste and coriander powder

Now chopped onion and tomato,green chilli and saute it and add too all spices.

Now mix saag paste and put it slow flame for ten minutes.

Sarso ka saag is ready, garnish with Coriander leaves. Serve it with makki ki roti and wheat roti
