Aloo matar in green gravy
Steps

Make a paste of coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste.

Heat oil in a wok add sliced onions fry till golden brown

Add the masala paste and fry till oil leaves

Add coriander powder, kitchen king masala stir fry for few mins

Add little water and cook for some time

Add the matar and aloo stir fry in the masala paste

Then add 2 cups of hot water for the gravy and salt

Cook on medium flame covered till aloo matar are cooked
