Firstly boil saag(1/2 kg saag,1/2 kg spinach,250gm bathua,1/2 cup ginger chopped,8-9 green chilli,1 cup water,1 tsp salt) whistle it till soft and grind it saag ready.

Fir tadka-take a kadai add ghee,onion saute till soft now add tomatoes and all the seasoning and cook till ghee gets separate. Now add saag to it. Simmer till ghee comes on the side.switch off the gas.

Now for makki outer-take a bowl add makki flour,refined flour,salt and water make a dough.

Now roll it and make a square shape

Now add saag in the center and seal the sides with the water

Now roll it like we do for spring roll

Fry it.

For serving -take a plate add raddish on the bottom and top up with makki saag spring roll.
