  • 1 kgMilk
  • 1 small bowlRice
  • 10-12Raisins
  • 8-10Almond
  • 8-9Cashews
  • 2Cardamom
  • 1 cupSugar

    Boil milk...add rice let them cook...then add almond,raisin, cashew, cardamom,sugar mix well

  2. 2

    Then cook for 5 minutes..your kheer is ready to serve
