In a pressure cooker add sliced Onion,green Chillies, potato,carrot

Add washed and chopped Tomatoes, sweet Corn,green Peas,water. Close the lid and pressure cook till 3 to 4 Whistles blows.

Allow to cool, in a mixie jar grind all cooked vegetables smoothly.

Heat the vessel add butter, Cinnamon stick, Cloves saute add ground mixture and required water bring to boil add salt, red chilli Powder,sugar allow to boil.

Turn off, transfer to serving bowl. Add pepper powder if required. Garnish with fresh cream, pudina. Serve hot.
