Rinse and boil them until soft and a knife can pass through

Once cooked drain water

Then peel the skin and diced it into small squares

Then pour that finely chopped onion and spice it with Aromat and chillies flakes stir and mix well

Then drizzle that chutney and mix well

Then the beetroot salad is ready to be served
