Beat your egg in a plate. Add the chopped onion, cinnamon, garlic, ginger and a pinch of salt.

Mix the mixture gently until it is well mixed.

Put a little oil in a pan and put low heat.

Take a slice of bread and deep it in the egg mixture and ensure all the sides are well deeped.

Shallow fry the slice of bread on both sides to golden brown. Repeat the procedure to other slices.

Serve with tea.
