  2. 250 grmHari payaz
  3. 100 grmMatar
  4. 150 grmGazar
  5. 1Hari mirch
  6. 1 tbspHaldi powder
  7. Salt as per
  8. 1 tbspOil
  9. 1 tbspJeera
  10. 4-5 podsLeshun

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut all the veggies..

  2. 2

    Heat the pan add oil and heat it.. Add jeera, chilli,lehsun and onion.. Saute them.. After sometime add haldi, Tamatar, matar, Hari payaz and gazar.. Cook them for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Ready serve with roti, paratha
