Take flour in parat and add salt turmeric powder, Now boil 1 cup water add carrom seeds and crushed garlic let it cool. knead tight dough with this water.

Stuffing:-Take oil in a pan add chilli paste ginger grated red chilli powder chopped spring onion green garlic corriender leaves and methi leaves salt and saute 5-7mins. let it cool.

Now make a 2 balls and roll 2roti dusting flour on patli. and spread mixture.on 1 roti and cover with another roti. seal edges with water. and roast in iron tawa, on a mid slow flame. 2-3mins. same way on another side. Apply ghee and roast on a slow flame. and serve. with onion and roasted mirchi.
