Take a mixing bowl and add all ingredients in it except daal and clarified butter.

Mix all well and then add leftover daal to make dough. If you need you can add some water too to smooth the dough. Knead well to smooth it.

Make a chapti with rolling pin apply apne clarified butter in it.

Make a fold from centre to make half circle of this chapati.

Again apply some clarified butter on this half circle and fold it one more time to make triangle.

Now dust some plain flour and roll it with rolling pin to make triangular shaped parantha.

Heat a tawa/pan and put this parantha on it and cook the parantha from both sides. Apply clarified butter and fry well.

Triangular leftover daal parantha is ready to serve. Serve with butter or curd.
