Soak chhole for whole night, Next day first whistle chhole with amchur,dry amla and tej patta..After boiling separate water from chhole. Than add chhole masala and take 4 to 5 green chilli and slit them and add unto chhole, nw mash it properly and rest it for 5 to 10 min..They will change their actual colour, so need to worry..We did this work for make chhole dark in colour.

Now put kadhai on medium flame..Add ajwaind in it,when it will become golden add chopped onion and garlic,,After 8 to 10 min add pure of tomato,green chilli and ginger..Now saute them properly and add all masalas in it..When masala will prepare add chhole in it nw add salt and amchur too..Let them be prepare on low flame for 15 to 20 mins and serve with nan and chapati...
