I do always keep trying newer snacks to satisfy my kidoo's taste buds keeping in mind his health and taste both. So i tried this very famous Gujarati snacks recipe - Khandvi #FMC

Lets start. Mix all the ingredients well with the help of hand blender.

Pour the mixture in non stick pan and put it on medium flame.

Keep on stirring till mixture gets thicken and starts leaving the sides of the pan. The batter is ready.

Spread the mixture on some flat base (like on kitchen platform or on the back side of big steel flat base plates) as soon as possible because it will get harden and we cannot spread it if it gets cool.

Wait for 10 minutes. Now cut it lengthwise.

Spread grated coconut, grated carrot and grated cheese on it. Start rolling it as shown in the picture.

Lastly make mustard seeds, kashmiri chilli powder and curry leaves tadka (tempering) and pour the tadka over the khandvi and it's done!!!! Enjoy with tomato ketchup or mint chutney 😋😋
